Atmos Gathering Company has the expertise and is developing gathering and producer service facilities that range from large regional projects such as the Phoenix Gas Gathering System system to smaller individual production unit projects. We believe these projects should help relieve gas gathering and transportation constraints that burden natural gas producers in certain geographic areas and should improve delivery reliability to natural gas customers.

AGC's current business development focus is working with producer customers in the following geographic regions:

• Appalachia (Eastern Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, East Tennessee)
• Western Kentucky and Illinois Basin
• Texas (Fort Worth Basin, East Texas, West Texas Permian)
